1+2 Transfer Study Abroad Route

The QTS Diploma is a study abroad transfer program based on the credit transfer recognition between QTS and Aus- tralian and American universities, with 3 years of total training time.

Details of The QTS Diploma Transfer Study Abroad Program

AQF is the policy for regulated qualifications in the Australian education and training system including 10 levels in which the first four levels are Certificates.

  • Diploma (AQF Level 5, 1-2 years)
  • Advanced Diploma (AQF Level 6, 1-2 years)
  • Graduate Diploma (AQF Level 8, 6 months to 1 year)
  • Bachelor’s degree (AQF Level 7)
  • Master’s Degree (AQF Level 9, including Coursework, Extended or Research)
  • Doctoral Degree (AQF Level 10, 3 – 4 years)

QTS Diploma program is the AQF Level 5.

Qualification

The “Diploma of Business” (AQF Level 5) is issued by QTS – Quality Training Solutions, and is certified by the Australian Ministry of Skills and Occupations (ASQA). The qualification is recognized indefinitely throughout the world.

QTS courses are self-paced. How long your course will take depends on a number of factors. Included are your own efforts and commitment to submitting assessments regularly and on time, your study load and how many units.

4. Course DeliveryOnline Learning

Students will have a high-quality learning system that consists of learning lessons, materials and assignments. All direct training is conducted by qualified Australian trainers via our conferencing systems and technology platforms. BLENDED LEARNING is delivered through onsite support provided by QTS Learning Department and 24/7 online self-study system.

5. Assessment

Unlike the traditional school system of grading assessments on a scale ranging from A to Fail, assessment of competency-based assessment determines if you have the required skills and knowledge …or not yet. Assessment is specifically conducted to determine if a student can deliver essential outcomes related to the performance criteria within each Unit of Competency. Basically, this means assessment is conducted to see whether or not a student has the required skills and knowledge to perform effectively in the workplace. Assessment formats within the Diploma of Business include;

  • Case Studies
  • Short Answer Questions
  • Role Plays
  • Reports
  • Projects
  • Work Samples

➢ Learners are required to complete 8 Units to receive an international Business Diploma which allows them to enter most Australian universities with course credit waivers.
➢ Assessments will be marked and guided by the professors in Australia.

BSBADM502 – Manage meetings: This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to manage a range of meetings including overseeing the meeting preparation processes, chairing meetings, organising the minutes and reporting meeting outcomes.

BSBADM504 – Plan and implement administrative systems: This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to plan for or review the requirements of effective administrative systems and procedures for implementing, monitoring and reviewing the system.

BSBADM506 Manage business document design and development: This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to establish standards for the design and production of organisational documents and to manage document design and production processes to ensure agreed standards are met.

GROUP C

BSBHRM501 Manage human resources services: This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to plan, manage and evaluate delivery of human resource services, integrating business ethics.

BSBHRM513 Manage workforce planning: This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to manage planning in relation to an organisation’s workforce including researching requirements, developing objectives and strategies, implementing initiatives and monitoring and evaluating trends.

BSBHRM506 Manage recruitment, selection and induction process: This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to manage all aspects of recruitment selection and induction processes in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.

GROUP D

BSBMKG501 Identify and evaluate marketing opportunities: This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to identify, evaluate and take advantage of marketing opportunities by analysing market data, distinguishing characteristics of possible markets and assessing viability of changes to operations.

BSBMKG514 Implement and monitor marketing activities: This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to apply and observe marketing plan objectives and action necessary improvements.

GROUP E

BSBINN502 Build and sustain an innovative work environment: This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to create an environment that enables and supports the application of innovative practice focusing on a holistic approach to the integration of innovation across all areas of work practice.

BSBPMG522 Undertake project work: This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to undertake a straightforward project or a section of a larger project. It covers developing a project plan, administering and monitoring the project, finalising the project and reviewing the project to identify lessons learned for application to future projects.

BSBRSK501 Manage Risk: This unit describes skills and knowledge required to manage risks in a range of contexts across an organisation or for a specific business unit or area in any industry setting.

BSBWOR501 Manage personal work priorities and professional development: This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to create systems and process to organise information and prioritise tasks.

1.Language proficiency: English IELTS 5.5 or equivalent, and have completed the entrance examination of the Diploma of Business

2. Age: From 16 years old

3. Necessary equipment: Computer, Laptop, Tablet

4. Language: English

5. Other requirements: If you haven’t yet reached the required language level, you may want to enrol on our QTS English course while doing the Diploma

6. Scholarship opportunities: Entrance examination is required to be considered for scholarship of 10 – 90% of the tuition fee.
